Castlemaine House

Castlemaine House is a managed residential block in St James’s, where Earl Kendrick are retained as the Landlord’s Surveyor in assessing and monitoring various large scale and complex leaseholder alterations schemes.

Through our collaborative approach with the Leaseholders we have coordinated numerous alterations projects simultaneously, while minimising the overall impact on the building. We have also been involved with preparing a Planned Maintenance Programme for the building.
